26 वर्षीय चैतन्य गावली, कांदिवली, मुंबई से भारत की विश्व चैम्पियनशिप(World Championship) जीतने वाले एमएमए फाइटर (MMA Fighter) हैं। अनेकों अंतरराष्ट्रीय मिश्रित मार्शल आर्ट्स (एमएमए) (MMA Mixed Martial Arts) टूर्नामेंटों (tournament) में भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के बाद, वह Asia भर में भारत के सबसे भयंकर व् मशहूर (famous) फाइटर (fighter) में से एक के रूप में जाने जाते हैं। उन्होने तो केवल वजन कम के लिए यह यात्रा शुरू की थी और उसी के दौरान उन्हें एहसास हुआ कि वे फाइटिंग के लिए ही पैदा हुए हैं। आज, वह टीम रिलेन्टलेस के प्रमुख सदस्यों में से एक हैं, जो कोच जितेंद्र 'विकी'(Jitendra 'Vicky') खरे के नेतृत्व में हैं। चैतन्य का सफर आसान नही था, उनके पिता के देहांत के कारण पूरे घर की ज़िम्मेदारी उनपे पड़ गयी| चैतन्य की माँ चाहती थी की वह घर की जूते चप्पलो की दूकान संभाले पर चैतन्य ने आत्मविश्वास के साथ अपने लक्ष्य व् सपने पर विश्वास रखते हुए अपनी माँ से १ साल का समय माँगा और बोलै "की अगर मैं एक साल में कुछ नहीं कर पाया तो जूते चप्पल बेचना शुरू करदूंगा"| पर जब हौसले बुलंद हो तो कोई भी लेहेरे कश्ती नहीं डुबा सकती|
चैतन्य ने जी जान से मेहनत करी, एक साल का समय काफी काम था पर उन्हें खुदके सपनो(dreams) पर भरोसा(belief) था लगन थी और उन्होंने उसी साल वर्ल्ड चैंपियनशिप (World Championship) में भाग लिया|
चैतन्य की सफलता की कहानी(success story) सभी युवको व उन लोगो के लिए एक प्रेरणातमक कहानी(inspirational story) है जो सदैव अपनी ज़िन्दगी में खुद पे भरोसा रखने व् खुदके सपनो पऱ भरोसा रखने की सीख(lesson) देती है |

Chaitanya Gavali is a professional Indian MMA ( Mixed Martial Arts) fighter based in Mumbai, India. He is currently the National Jiu-Jitsu Champion in the 69 Kg, category.

Chaitanya Gavali has been selected to represent India in Jiu Jitsu at the Asian Games to be held in Jakartan Indonesia, in August 2018.
Chaitanya's father ran a small shoe shop in Mumbai which explains his humble beginnings.
Chaitanya started his mixed martial arts career in 2014 with the Evolution Combat Fighting Academy in Mumbai. His success story was not easy the whole journey was full of struggle and hardships, but he has belief in himself and his dream and keeps trying for the World championship. This success story of Chaitanya is an inspiration to all the aspiring fighter whether it is a fight to live and succeed or for championship or MMA.
